The tenants are already there and everything is most likely fine and you will find out soon enough if it isn't.We as LL sometimes have reservations about lump sums because prospective tenants can use money to distract us from thorough screening.

I don't do this anyone and everyone, we vet our STR Host thoroughly, make sure have head screwed on straight and are doing things right.

There might be some telling signs by doing a thorough look about the exterior of the property.

All you have to do is call them and ask how qualified the applicant was, they'll give you their opinion and screen them thoroughly.
