Check to see if there are any relevant courses at the community college (one of my architects teaches such a course).

It doesn't have drywall, looks to be a system style installation, where the vinyl slides together and the roof is all integral.

I always like nice trim (I was/am a finish carpenter by trade) and it occurs to me the structure as is would lend itself well to the "Prairie style" architecture (circa 1900) popularized by Frank Lloyd Wright an his contemporaries.

He has a genuine passion for teaching and for sharing the knowledge he has gained in the two decades he has been in real estate.

There was some quacky stuff and the writing style will make it difficult for some.
