I am hoping that somebody can assist me in finding a reliable, investor-friendly title company in the Colorado Springs area which has experience with assignment contracts and/or double closings. 

We are using 2 washers and 2 dryers, Maytag, super reliable.

I currently accepted a job in Richmond Indiana and my timeline for buying a investment property/home from three months got closed down to four weeks I am actively looking for a reliable hard-working realtor who will understand the principles of real estate investing that are taught here on the bigger pockets forum(house hack/brrrr/etc.) i have gone through two realtors in 24 hours one not really seeming into the work wanted and sayin she would only due the due diligence if i Really wanted (how will i know if i really want it if i don't have all the numbers and info to compare with others) or am i crazy?

Fewer reliable trades resulted in a tactic of buying with 1031 cash, importing labor, rehabbing to a nicer rental level, and resetting the leasing base w/4 good tenants.  

Could someone recommend a reliable builder?

@Danielle Toval there are so many factors and questions;Are they all vacant, what items need to be done, do you need any permits, do you have reliable contacts for contractors, will you do yourself, or do you have a PM to oversee, etc....

I think the hard part is that being my first BRRR project, it's complicated to do it all by my own, and I have hard time to source a reliable contractor to monitor the whole process.

We're having issues finding a reliable and affordable cleaner.

Need help with finding a reliable cleaning company which does the cleaning/restocking, and some kind of hands/eyes on the ground which can just go there and take care of things in case of emergency, for example, the door is not opening for guests or the door is left open or something like that.
