They were the least troublesome out of the 3, however they wanted out of the lease early due to a deployment, I gladly allowed it and "supposedly" the wife moved back home (out of state about 8 - 12hrs away) to be with her parents while her husband was gone.

Maybe we're talking about a different yellow letter, but...The premise behind the popular handwritten letter on ruled yellow paper is supposed to be that you're a regular "joe" trying to buy (or sell) a house.

@Daniel MillerI second @wayne brooks, it happens all too frequently that the bank doesnt have clear title when they are "supposed" to close.

But she is getting worse, she alleged that the house supposedly should be one family, while I am renting the basement and upstairs separately.

BUT, as a licensed agent in Texas, the language in the promulgated forms issued by TREC are not supposed to be amended.
