I'm really enjoying the BP book about investing with low or no money down...creative investing strategies.

However, I'm open to hearing different perspectives and alternative investment strategies that fellow investors may recommend.With that said, I would greatly appreciate any insights, experiences, or alternative investment suggestions that you may have.

I'm sure someone will find a strategy to cope with this eventually.

A lot of people assume the "travel nurse" niche caters to groups of nurses who travel together and share a home and therefore target a rent-by-room strategy.

Where these numbers are found, there is a very high rate of rent actually being paid.We have over a dozen Fortune 500 companies just in Metro Detroit with huge Healthcare, Auto, and mortgage industry National footprints.
