I was wondering what are wholesalers and flippers in the Columbus Ohio area using to roughly estimate rehab cost per square feet?

Last night, I learned that there's a problem with the home: during the inspection, six gas leaks were identified, and repairing them will cost approximately $7,500 in labor and materials.

Costs ~$10/month. 

So if I got up charged for something I don't think I would use on the daily, it would be a hard pass.

normally there would be a balloon payment set up for some time period.  

How have you all approached this, and have your software platforms been up to the task?

They may end up in a different state,  at a different address than that which you have on file, different phone number or don't answer. 

Perhaps you could stick your job out a little while longer like I did and start building up a portfolio of rentals to provide you with enough income to be able to give you some cushion income to quit your current W-2 and make the transition to a new job you like better.

Keep it up and you'll have a nice nest egg!
