Sorry for the long story below.  

Story time:So a couple weeks ago I made an offer on a house I really liked.

Painting: $1,500 to $3,000 hired out on a 3 bedroom, 8 room house 2 story, includes wall prep.

The following are a list of thing that are mandatory:- A/C units (will need to purchase two since this is a two story house in FL)-Kitchen (old kitchen cabinets have had had major water damage, counters are broken and will need new appliances.)

The tile will be replaced by wood vinyl (and tile in a few places) and carpet with carpet.LABOR COST: $7500KITCHEN: Cabinet including island: This will require 12 ft of cabinetry.MATERIAL + LABOR: $5250Granite counter tops: 75 sq ftMATERIAL + LABOR: $3600PAINT: Interior + Exterior (3400 sq ft, 2 story home).
