I have alot of old windows that I could either refinish or just sand and paint them a white color.

If it were me I’d paint the cabinets (semigloss dark gray or color of your choice).

Main issue I have with the place is the grey and red color scheme. 

(We used much more colorful language.)  

At a minimum, she needs to include a legible, color copy of her drivers license, then do all the backgrounds once she sends you a money order to cover the background, credit and eviction history. 

I am able to get continuous run panels in my choice of standard color for less than $2.10 per foot for a 3 foot wide panel.

I was just speaking as two equal remodels (finishes, colors, appliances,etc) would CA be significantly more expensive than say Utah?

The cards themselves have a lot of built-in capabilities to let you share with your team, set times and due dates, label in colors, and more.The best part is that as the deal progresses through my deal pipeline I merely drag the card from one column to another depending on what's happened.

Also painting- if it were a lower priced property i'd say the blue was OK but if I were paying $775k for a house I think I'd expect a fresh paint job in a more current color palette.
