The cash flow is there on paper, but I would rather have a class B, and I don't think we have the cash for another class A- SFR.

Hard to throw a rock anywhere in Ohio and not run into a cashflowing deal.On my last check in 4 different counties in Ohio (None of them being major markets mind you) There were at least 25 properties that would all return 15% or greater on 100% cash deals.
