They shouldn't charge points plus an origination fee much less a "processing fee" and an "underwriting fee", it's kind of ridiculous.

Pretty sure I was at community college being a Model UN nerd when this thread was started.... won "best dressed" representing a middle eastern country, while wearing attire I had picked up while stationed in the middle east, and starting WW3 over a ridiculous and unjust fig tariff (I did not win best diplomat).

The traffic has gotten ridiculous and everything cost as much at does here.

You see what's ridiculous about this is when you run the actual numbers.

Don't touch Chicago, or Illinois for that matter, until they both get:1. current covid-19 deficits/budgets under control (not really their faults on that one) and you find out how much taxes will rise on that issue, AND;2. their pension deficits under control (essentially never, but we can dream) or at least stop having to make $800 million yearly payments due to their criminal neglect of the pension problem, AND;3. at least for Chicago, ridiculous pro-tenant laws are modified/eliminated.
