Hi folks,I have a property that has quite a few items that will need to be cleared out before listing it for sale.Does anyone have any tips for how to handle this most efficiently in a respectful manner?

I had a suggestion/proposition...Thought it might be nice to create a photo gallery on BP for rehabbers or even those doing buy and holds with photos to show completed projects.

We have very little turnover.This niche is not for everyone and it does take some extra attention from time to time, but if you establish clear and honest communication at the start, show respect for others, establish efficient and effective systems, and attend to issues as they arise, you can do well.

With all due respect, how can you get "sucked in" to buying a property that's more expensive than you can afford?

Our agreement requires that I take all incoming seller calls, schedule property visits, take photos during property visits, research outstanding taxes and utilities, and run all of it through the mentor.  

My line of thinking is if a house costs close to $2,000,000, then then promotional materials ought at least reflect the value of the property.Take for example the flyer belowI took the same photos and information brightened them up a bit (they're still bad photos, can't do anything about that at this point), rearranged them, and produced the flyer below.Do you think I could get people to pay for my design services?
