Hi Fellow BP'er, I am looking for reputable property management companies that offer great service and value for multi-family properties (2-4 units) in greater Phoenix area (Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, etc.) 

Many folks have built very strong relationships with their lenders and aren't quick to divulge their information because they don't know you, and if things go south, it's their reputation on the line.

Resellers can be a good source of notes once you're investing for your OWN account-- as long as you're dealing with someone reputable who may be able to get you double-digit returns for some nice passive income.)Anyway, as you refer the notes you find, you watch what the investor does, observe what they'll accept or not accept, and for the notes they accept, you earn a certain amount without putting up any of your own money.

I've looked at multifamilies in these smaller markets and the buildings can all look the same from the outside and walkthrough, but depending on how they were managed have completely different reputations around town and tenant profiles.

While there are some pockets of areas with cute home on cute streets, the area as a whole still has a bad reputation, which means we aren't getting an expanding tenant pool to choose from.

My personal opinion is to contact a reputable eviction attorney to strategize the most likely effective method of eviction before you try to DIY any moves.  

This would be the perfect site for another plumber, electrician, mechanic, etc to run their business out of.

Make sure the ones you are with are reputable and professional.
