Write it up as a personal letter.When you do all that, then contact a local RE Agent to give you a list of all the houses in that neighborhood that have sold in the last 5 years with all cash.

However, we tend to have our properties re-rented before they come vacant.

Hi - New member from Morgantown, WV.No RE experience, though I have some property management experience.  

This one will get a full cosmetic rehab including tearing down interior walls, adding an additional bedroom within the existing living space, re-piping with pex, new roof, HVAC, and exterior stucco.

After listening to many podcasts, my thoughts behind the letter classifications of RE has become quite clouded.

Hi all,What is the average rate for commercial RE in the Bay Area?

Both are great and I know there are several others.There are countless threads on BP discussing out of state investing locations--you may want to start by reading through some of the content already posted.  

Does anyone know a good RE  attorney or title company that does subject to transactions.
