I have read a number of books, visited websites, and watched a ton of videos I have been studying real estate for the past year and believe it is time for me to dive in and the Tacoma/Seattle area looks to be a great place to start.

Granted I wouldn't have to carry around a huge key-ring, but I would have to "file" the keys for easily tracking them.I'm looking for something that is scalable, and that seems like a good thing since I'd be able to keep 10 or so "extra" cylinders and just randomly swap them out any time a tenant leaves.

I am curious that if I have a perfect payment history with Wells Fargo and its former banks since 1990 why would they go out of their way to "randomly check my credit score" and say because of the housing market falling out of my control and having to proceed with 2 short sales, that it would have any bearing on my repaying any money on a HELOC from Wells Fargo?

One thing that's really helped me was creating instructional videos for every task I want done, saving it in Google Drive and sharing only the necessary ones with the person assigned to that task.
