Random Question: How long do you have to have rental income for the bank to include it in your income?

Everytime I look at my bank account, I remember that one random person who wrote on my thread that one time.

Twice a year, at random times throughout the year, someone will come do a walkthrough.

I will say getting a random FB message is sort of out of the ordinary but these days I think people are way more receptive to it. 

Random folks who ping us because they know we have the ablity to close.I refuse to be on an wholesalers list.. they bombard you with non deals so total waste of timeif you can get through to ones who actually can find a deal then that's fine..

If you are random buyer calling up they have no clue who you are and your capability.So making the 6% is nice but it depends on the conditions attached to it.With 3 to 4 a year time is on your side.

I would imagine that you would bend over backwards of existing clients in a way that you wouldn't go someone who randomly pinged you BP, Trulia, etc.Maybe I'm wrong, who knows...  

Just some random things to think about.  

It looks promising, especially the character randomization, which allows you to upload 15 variations of each letter, so it looks more realistic.Does anyone have experience using this for direct mail?
