While this approach works in the early stages, there comes a time when consolidating all your properties' insurance into a single, scheduled program might be more beneficial.

My concern is, not being able to rent or sell the property in the future due to the Stadium in the backyard and possible Hotel next door.

With that being said, most of the people in my immediate network who are in the construction business say the most valuable skill is just being able to run a team and a job efficiently and if they could start over they would go the GC route.

My GC is recommending it to be thorough but it is costly.
