Do you think I made the right decision in investing in West Sacramento?

I just checked my BiggerPockets profile to update the number of properties we own (just closed on #27 last Friday) and see that all my information has been blown away, there is nothing there!

However, if he’s not fine with it and expects you to honor the terms you agreed to, maybe plan on honoring your word but on a short-term timeframe, planning to sell and move on and make better decisions with the next one.

I have searched high and low for information on this and I ended up here unable to find any real information on the subject.
