If instead you had put all of that money from your 20's and 30's into cash-flowing real estate, you could be sipping cocktails on the beach in a couple of years (or possibly could have "retired" already) instead of putting in another 15-25 years for "the man" until you can access your 401k money.Not saying your approach is bad, and everybody has to do what fits their personal needs.

There are many benefits to this but it has to be incorporated at the right time.

,I don't assume all investors are wild monkeys doing crazy stuff that just want a yes man type to allow a client to get in trouble so they can bill them again to get them out of trouble.
