Hi everyone,I am very interested in doing some subject-to deals but I don't know that this is really feasible since I am planning on holding onto the properties I get for 30+ years and since it may affect the seller’s ability to get additional financing.My question is if I take a property subject-to can I refi the property at a later date (6 months)?

Sacramento has similar job growth and population growth numbers as most growing cities in the Midwest.Too many people write off CA like it’s all Bay Area prices.

I do know however there are caveats that I did not cover such as location, population growth and Jobs but just looking at raw numbers it appears that what the seller wants and what the buyer would need to make this a good deal are pretty far apart.I would love to hear anyone’s thoughts on this and hopefully, any discussion that follows becomes a learning experience for all.
