@Joe Colemen - What is meant with "Grind them Out" is you have to keep looking and a lot of times you have to look in areas that are not as evident that there is hidden value there. 

Chase your dreams and delete the negative noise.

I unclick all "noise", like new construction, foreclosures, preforeclosures, auctions, as well as land, condos, etc.

You have to first choose a strategy and then block out the noise of everything else.

Silence that noise and make moves based on your goals and resources.
