The Lease is very clear they are responsible for clogs they cause, damage from their use, cleaning, and water and moisture in their unit.

I just finished "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and am wrapping up the BP "How to Invest in Real Estate the UBG to Getting Started," actively listen to the podcast, have David Greene's "Long Distance Real Estate Investing" cued for my next read, and look forward to becoming more educated on the subject!

It took ten years for Citizens to voluteer to clean up the trash and start planting seagrass, which they continue to do.

I can't speak directly to what it will do on appraisal but I will say generally tenants in these markets just want to see a 'clean' basement with sealed & painted walls and plenty of lighting.

Easy to do using your phone once you have a cleaning crew you can depend on.Then you can add a Handyman, HVAC etc to your list.

I know contractors, handyman and cleaning company are looking work.

I’m asking because then it would given them time to clean up I’m assuming if they know your coming.
