I used to work as a recruiter in my first post college job and would hire 100 to 200 people for these large government contract jobs around the states ( think working on airplanes ).

Didn’t plan on living that long In California from what I saw is that if your loved one is not sick but will need assistance , the government programs will not pay for anything - in my single family home I converted , I’d charge around $2500-$3500 a bed.So many of these seniors end up being healthy from living a good life but will need assistance.

El Paso’s job market is quite diversified, and it is seeing gains in areas like healthcare, government, finance, hospitality and logistics.In summary, I have personally seen an increase interest from Out-of-state investors that are coming to El Paso to invest in Real Estate which confirms how good the market is here.Let me know if you need more specific help with regards CAP rates, neighborhoods, etc.Thanks!

You would have to replat the properties and have them contain separate legal descriptions and you would need your local government approval to do this....and that would be very difficult to do.

Just be aware of the heavy hand of local government.

My day job:  I work for the government and make about $57k a year with very stable employment history.   

Once the P&S is fully executed, the offer dies and the P&S is the governing document.Make sense?

Sorry, but I have a strange feeling that this over inflated bubble will come crashing down since the government is pumping too much hot air into the bubble.

Or is there an organization or government department to report HOAs to if they fail to communicate with home owners?
