So I'm completely at a stand still in the investing world and have been for some time..

I like a 3" plank rather than the 2 or 2.5" strip as it just adds a subtle little something different to make the house stand out.

It stands to reason if they have some deals to sell or flip, they are ahead of the crowd at the meeting.

I'd like to get more involved in the process like assigning; I think assigning is better from a legal stand point.

Yet, here I stand, and I am supposed to be proud that I have completed this period of indoctrination.

But, if they stand for smaller government, more personal responsibility, and less taxes, then I hardly think they're morons.

As it stands, this project has enough margin to cover the extra expenses and I will still make a healthy profit.
