We are hoping to expand our knowledge in Real Estate, network as much as possible and well I took on the challenge of one of the most recent podcast and that was to become a member and introduce myself.  

I would however get some more knowledge so that you are comfortable to take the leap.

I'd do my research for property management for your own knowledge by going online, checking references and getting on the phone with the company and make sure they understand your needs and exactly what you're looking to get out of an investment.

Petersburg and surrounding area of Florida who have excellent first time home buyer knowledge. 

Outside meeting with a few buddies who own rentals to pick their brain on their process, my knowledge is pretty limited. 

Knowledge, you want a custodian that knows what they are doing and can help explain the rules and prohibited transactions to you

But I realized that is a good thing .. because that turned out to be the best move of my life and lead me to the point I am at now.I hope to build genuine connections, build relationships, and expand my knowledge on Bigger Pockets.
