I am conservative on here compared to a lot of people and I do have reserves (although I wish I had more now) and I'm concerned, so I think there are a ton of people swimming butt naked about to get exposed and you don't even know it.

We didn't go in yesterday because we didn't have the "breathing apparatuses" the signs recommended, and because I had my 7-year-old daughter with me and didn't want her to be exposed to anything harmful (believe me, she got a real education on stolen copper pipes and squatters as it is!).

I think a good expose from a major paper should shed some light on this as it is not really cool for a gazillionaire to sit on vacants...This has all been my observation though so I would welcome any ideas on that .As for Union Square I think it would be a big help if the area on N Fulton could get cleaned up.

The only risk a wholesaler is exposed to is if they back out of a contract and hurt their reputation, I'm not seeing any other risks associated with this strategy.Secondly, and to answer your question, you do this strategy well going out of state the same way you would do it locally.
