Hey everyone,Just wanted to let everyone know, @Ben Leybovich's CFFU Live Event this past weekend was GREAT!

It took me a decade & a major life changing event to get into it.

Usually, they allow local business to sponser the event.

You can't 1031 your primary residence. 1031 is for investment vehicles only.mscoilcraft, you need a good accountant and probably a creative financial planner or lawyer (and we all now know you can afford these professionals).How much did you pay for the home when you purchased it?

Everything is a neutral event, it becomes what we attach to it.

:lol: clauses will include the loss of an earnest deposit in the event we do not find assignee during alotted time.

So even if the house had a lien attached to it, I should get what I am owed first in the event of a payoff or sale.... is this correct?

I'm going to be putting together a Denver Networking event in the near future.

I've NEVER been to any of the pay seminars, or bought any of the programs, although I've read lots of the books (library) and heard some tapes (let me borrow it for a couple of days to see if I want buy it).Back in the day when I was still working (I was a sales rep) I would go sometimes to the Zig Ziglar and others "motivational/sales/postivie thinking" day long events.
