Driving for Dollars Mapping software?
25 February 2017 | 25 replies
So I tried this once before and it appears I violated BP rules for self promotion of some sort......Anyway here we go again......My team and I have spent the last 2 years building the Driving For Dollars App and it really is a great new App technology. it removes all the brain numbing work that is associated with creating a custom DFD lists, so that you can create the list and begin marketing to it right away.

If you want to be a member, then by all means do so.But for those starting out in this business, $500+/year is a big bite when you're already paying for MLS, business cards, riders, social media / PPC, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, desk fees, etc.I do push back on the idea that NAR promotes about the COE making members more ethical than non-members.

14 January 2023 | 158 replies
Hello Everybody,I just wanted to give my experience with Fund and Grow (formerly Credit Card Builders).I heard about credit card builders through an email promotion about 5-6 years ago, at that timeI was going through some tough time, I just did not have the money or credit score which was in the 500's to signup for their service but I kept watching their webinars, finally I was able to turn get the money and my credit score was in 700's.I signed up with Fund & Grow in May 2017, Initially my credit score was great but I did not have enough personal credit, they were able to get me about 30K in initial credit (personal).
