Rich,My thought wasn't so serious - but here goes just to break the ice.Unload, and pump the funds received into more of those transactional funding loans that go into default.How's that for advice - it'll change your name from "Rich" to "Poor" without a doubt :D

Tile (and baseboards) was removed from the bedroom floors, due to mold and/or water damage, so there is just cement floors there right now.

Given the jobless recovery I doubt rents will increase.2) MF are suffering from the bad press that all Real Estate is getting right now and it will get worse before it gets better.,3) Banks used to give money away.

I guess I'm an optimist too--I wouldn't be buying real estate to hold long term in the US if I thought riots and famine were around the corner...But, unless there is another '90s boom period on the horizon, which I doubt, there are going to be several groups of people who continue to see their standards of living slide.
