I've managed to get a few loans through without the transcript, but my lender has told me it's going to be very difficult going forward to get more loans if I don't have it given that it's now 2022 and I still don't have a 2020 transcript.

That is going to be difficult but is the perfect scenario.

With my current income and expenses it would be difficult to qualify for a traditional mortgage.

If you earn 100k in your day job, that's a bit more difficult than replacing a 40k a year job.

So if raising $2.2M proves difficult, how will you go about raising your promised $8M to pay out your investors / partners (less your contribution)?

I understand being full-time military and building a real estate portfolio can be difficult but again that's an excuse.
