The best one Ive ever heard was about the builder who was building high end homes in Rancho Santa Fe.He built 5 10,000sf custom homes on 5 to 10 acre parcels and moved into one of them.

IMO, once you get past that learning curve, the added security, superior file systems, and customization are far superior. 

A short time ago customer service would answer requests in under a day, now I guess due to rapid growth customer service   is not as good.Have any other members had similar situations or see warning signs in the crowdfunding space?

They were totally fine with us using the money for fix and flips, in fact they said their customers do it all the time.

A listing broker can fill out a contract generally where they are transactional and do not represent either side, dual agency ( representing both sides but not allowed in all states ), representing one side as a client and then the other side as just a customer performing ministerial acts only. 

I don't believe in having my past customers sell me in order to get the job.

The other customer is the end buyer.  

Find out from their customers who they use and call them up and see if the attorney can help.

Be careful that the municipality doesn't label this sort of occupancy as a hotel or rooming arrangement, where some different local regulations might come into play; Philadelphia has a hotel tax that you would not be happy paying, for example.
