All of the reasons we love Huntsville as a real estate investment remain true regardless of current events - employment opportunities, low barrier of entry for investors, culture, diverse economy, etc.

I was told by an old timer that it was once seen as a luxury that only wealthy homeowners could afford.

meaning i would need someone who is wealthy and wouldnt mind a ROI on something like that? 

so I'm looking into real estate not fully about money but because I feel like it something that I want to do, as a kid and even now, I always walk around wealthy neighborhoods to think about life on being successful and questioning what i wanted to do as a career.

Short answer: How did most RE investors become wealthy?  

I would love to do what @Dawn Anastasi does but the opportunity hasn't been there and traveling up to this date has been out of the question.The wealthy investors I grew up around bought and held for many years and became millionaires quite a few times over.
