YA just remember it would not be smart to do anything with the property until the IRS lien period has expired.For example if you do a clean out and put thousands to tens of thousands in repairs and the IRS decides to redeem you will not be compensated for any of that.

If there is a facility, you will have a higher electric or heating bill....both to heat and cool the facility and to operate the units.

Obviously this assumes that there aren't major infrastructure items to be addressed (ie. functioning roof, furnace, hvac, electrical, plumbing etc), but the projects that come to mine for me are painting the interior, granite counters, flooring, and prefab bathroom vanities.Anyone have their list or case studies that they care to share?
