Good areas can have good streets a block away from areas you might want to avoid and rougher neighborhoods can have a few streets that are starting to see improvement.

I recently picked up a 4-unit block construction building in Columbus, OH and wanted opinions on increasing the curb appeal without breaking the bank (photo of ugly building below).

It's really easy to get 'comfortable' with your service providers because it's simply a pain to pivot to a new one, but as soon as your reviews start dropping because of the quality they are providing you want to be able to quickly and efficiently move to an another crew if necessary.

With that being said, many developers from LA and elsewhere are coming down to SD and buying up whole blocks at a time off market and doing major renos.  

Yes I learned about the POS which is a pain in the ....Are actively investing?

Our systems don't even block up that much. 

Nice little bungalow in northern Cape May a block or two from the bay. 

I found an agent that checked those blocks and brought every resources needed to put me in the best position to succeed.
