They have payment integrations that allow your tenants to do direct withdrawal, online CC payments, and they can also go to Walmart or other retailers and pay with cash or check and it gets deposited into your account and best of all it’s applied directly to their account in the software.

Get that down so that the tax rate (which will be determined in mid-2022 for 2021 taxes) is applied against a lower assessed value.

You'll have to apply for it just like you would for a home mortgage, and some lenders even pay your setup costs.

Whoever a contract is filled out and signed by both parties, does that contract absolutely specify what the terms are, or can the state where the contract applies override the terms in the contract?

He left of all an even split of 25% in his will and it said all assets to be distributed within 2 years. there were 5 properties, one of them being a 5 plex - then a childhood family 4 bed 2 bath - A 3 bed 2 bath - and a 2 bed 1 bath - The 3 bed 2 bath my dad was living has been sold a year ago.The first two properties apply most at this point.
