Its been several months since I did that exercise, but several areas, Vegas, Phoenix, CA, were still above the inflation adjusted trend.

This makes sense but finding such property seems to be very very hard ( im trying in phoenix and Las Vegas). 

Says he needs to sell in 7 days because he has an option to buy a casino in Reno and needs the cash out of his house to close the deal.He owes $2,900,000 on a $20,000,000 house in Maui.
