If you are in a "College Town" where the town's survival is based on the College/University, you are more exposed to risk associated with a market crash/recession, initially.

Both neighborhoods have high student populations as Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo College are right there.

If you are going to University I would look for a property near transportation routes and rent out your rooms to students.

Provide the address and bet you will get hand full of values that are pretty close to accurate from the BP universe.
