I saw a live class, a streaming class, and a home study (reading the textbooks yourself).

To set your expectations with direct mail, the likelihood of a seller contacting you on the first letter is unlikely, studies have shown that they need to see your name a couple times. 

Are there examples or case studies that demonstrate how property tax hikes have influenced the housing market? 

I take a Continuing Education course every year and study everything under the sun about Real Estate and landlord/tenant Laws. 

It's kind of late to learn how to value a note, like saying how do I learn how to appraise a property and then do a market study to find the most probable sale price through private and public sales.

This is my first post on BP and I am a senior studying marketing at Auburn University.
