I think the biggest risk is with finding the right assemble of contractors.I have had my share of kicking guys off of jobs threatening to keep tools and wasting money by trying to take short cuts.

@Ethel Weaver I do a lot of work and manage a bunch of properties in Middletown, I know the property you're talking about, it's currently under contract, did you buy it?

Then once the mat leave was over we would move back to the home province, she would go back to work and I would stay home on employment benefits raising our kids.
