And it appears other PMs or landlords already have that policy in place...in my neck of the woods.  

We live on the other side and our winter heating bill has been $150+ each month and we have a wood stove that we run all the time (which the other unit does not have). 

I love meetups, especially ones scheduled in the East Bay near Walnut Creek since that's in my neck of the woods. 

There was a lovely wood fireplace in the family room, so we decided to make a fire.

The only reason I ask, is everyone ( at least in my neck of the woods) I have every talked to have always said they are a lot harder to resale than the other options I listed above.

For cabinets, I've always preferred a stained wood to painted anything, but there are some nice looking melamine cabinet doors out there.
