You are only setting aside $110 a month for repairs, if you have to replace a frig, this can wipe out a whole year of this.

Telling them my husband was extremely allergic to cats and would not be able to enter the unit for repairs or maintenance seemed to finally get through to them that I really wasn't going to give them an application.
