I have the same problem with a few of my companies and I have decided to stop placing clients with them.Also, You have grown out of a personal account into a commercial account.USAA is a great personal lines company, but they are not a commercial company.  

I have got my wife to create an account on BP as well, so she will be reading along and learning.

Maybe then open an LLC (I am not a licensed attorney) you would have to speak with in attorney to determine whether it is best for you to go LLC of S Corporation etc then find a good tax accountant.

Many forms are available online if you want to use a professional form letter.
