Anybody want to check out this restaurant on Friday?

I love it when my friends ADD to my live by recommending doctors, lawyers, title companies, restaurants, shampoo  . . . you get the picture.

Our dinner restaurant wasn't yet open so we were cruising the neighborhoods, one of my favorite activities.

Midtown, downtown, East English Village, Sherwood Forest, Rosedale Park to mention a few.Even Mexican town can be great.

We had friends meet us at a restaurant for brunch last month....with a large airdale terrier.  

I set up a section at the local sports bar/ restaurant that had a SB special $65 all u can eat (full menu) and all you can drink (full bar) bought and paid for, then invited my entire real estate team ( contractor, Atty, prop manager, territory managers,to join me in cheering on my team, the Denver Broncos (or as I like to call them, the Denver Manning's) on to victory.Not only did we have an absolute blast, but it was a great team builder and a write off to boot.

And the type of asset (housing, restaurants, office space, etc) which can be local economy or cyclical in nature could take a dive.  

If yes, Los Angeles Magazine has compiled a list of top grocery store items, top restaurant orders, and top fast food orders.

I have used the analogy that turn key is like going to a restaurant versus cooking a meal at home.

There is not an expectation that grocery stores and restaurants give away food for free.
