It would be nice to be able to search, for example, on properties where the mailing address differs from the property address or for properties tagged as non primary residences for targeted tired landlord marketing.

Many LPs know so much about the sponsor and the opportunity that it would be clear to them if it was an issue.Would they allow me to speak with other investors?

Hi, I have a deal in front of me.

The quad was about 4 hours drive from my residence.So my bird-dog wholesaler (good dude) who has given me some great deals in the past, finds a rundown quadplex in the South.

CoC requirements for me are different for each property.

I have been using a free one called vtiger.it has been going very well for me and my business.I do about 2-4 deals a month and it helps me track all of my projects and investments into those projects and to do lists etc.
