I would love to do a five year tour of the US doing live in flips but in C- or D neighborhoods. 

My property manager is recommending that I allow for self-showings which allows potential tenants to tour the property without a realtor as long as they put in a credit card number prior to visiting the property. 

I visited Memphis in July, taking a tour of different neighborhoods in which Memphis Turnkey buy. 

If this becomes the case, just know you can still walk from the deal, but will lose your earnest, or you can pay contractors for their time to walk and give you ballpark bids, knowing you will be spending money touring a lot of properties that you won't get.

We have a better debt to income ratio than several of our European counterparts.

The majority of them are out of state buyers who rely on my knowledge of the market, personal video tours and deep experience to make their choices.I agree that the MLS is rich with choices right now.
