That’s why I’m kind of interested in managing my own bookings but don’t see how being across the country.

There are many ways to get wealthy in this country and owning real estate isn’t the only one.

Saint Louis has one of if not the best zoos in the country.

@Dan Handford I noticed you are a syndicator, what type of property and area of the country do you currently invest in?

There are many areas of the country where multifamily is not desirable, and in those areas the numbers often make more sense to do single family homes. 

@Mike Lambert I guess all depends on your risk appetite for investing in such a country.

While cash flow is generally less in “Nova”, it’s a market that is one of the most recession proof in the country because of the number of quality jobs in the area.

but for moving about the country the Cirrus is a great machine.. if I want to drive to Wenatchee form PDX its at least 7 hours.. as there is no real straight way to get there. in the Cirrus hour or so. and on a nice day flying the north cascades the scenery  alone is worth the price of admission..  

Be sure to check with your local ordinances as they are getting way crazy across the country.

Since I can't reasonably deny that measurable climate change is happening, it's very likely that climate is not going to be nice to a lot of the coastal development happening in this country now, and especially not nice at all to the Southern states.
