if  you notice water coming out of ceiling.. take a screwdriver and puncture a small hole,, maybe several.. grab buckets and let the water seep out..a small puncture hole is easier to fix than a entire ceiling and once it starts to leak it doesn't take long..If it's near a ceiling light fixture watch out !!
