The builder's risk insurance would cover the property but nothing else.Do you set up any sort of internet based security cameras so you can watch what's going on at any time anywhere?

if  you notice water coming out of ceiling.. take a screwdriver and puncture a small hole,, maybe several.. grab buckets and let the water seep out..a small puncture hole is easier to fix than a entire ceiling and once it starts to leak it doesn't take long..If it's near a ceiling light fixture watch out !!
