To me, that looks like a post to get business, but since you are new, I assume you don't really know the restrictions.To be successful on BP as an agent and advisor, you can't sell yourself and you have to have the background to help investors.

If you haven't invested OOS before, you really should fly in and get a feel for it if you aren't buying turnkey.

Whatever list you generate, you need to get it skip traced (matched to phone numbers).

Get thee to a qualified real estate lawyer.
