I've heard Wolfgang Croskey talk about it as well, as well as some other people in the Residential PM space.Surveys might do the same thing, but I don't know enough about NPS to talk about it. 

There'll be a prepayment penalty but I can always refinance a few years down the line, depending if I need more cash.

@Heath Shepard I'm not familiar with the builder, however, with this being a new construction CBS build, there's little to worry about regarding hurricanes and additional protection.

@Andrew Freed is a good person to get in touch with about that as he is a MA multifamily investor who does a lot of meetups.STR is a tough way to start right now because in most markets the table stakes to be competitive are very high.

I have some equity in my rentals but dont want to touch them with the interest rates being so high...If there was a lender who could lend without me needing to save up the 65k-that would be great!
