With the weather getting a bit better, interest has been picking up.

We’re going to rehab the current bathroom (instead of adding bedroom and extra bath) and then move onto the next 2-4 family.hope you’re enjoying the nice SD weather!

How much should I forecast? 

I started with markets that had no meaningful weather events, no state income tax, low property taxes and insurance, growing populations and cheap housing.

Mine were eaten by squirrels two years ago and weird weather last year killed all of the peaches in my state.I'm planning on putting sheet metal around my tree this year and spraying Pam or something else on it so the squirrels can't climb it.

Along with those that want to get out of the very Oppressive Texas and mid west summer weather or the freezing weather of the north east.. but it is still very rural as coasts go especially compared to other parts of the US coast line.PS on Thursday I was over there looking at a potential fixer.. 

I understand the weather is very different.

Weather is perfect as you get all 4 seasons but no extremesPersonally, I love the airport. 

It's not that San Diego properties can't have these issues but the harsher weather conditions in some of the cheaper markets can have a toll on your investments.
