Mine were eaten by squirrels two years ago and weird weather last year killed all of the peaches in my state.I'm planning on putting sheet metal around my tree this year and spraying Pam or something else on it so the squirrels can't climb it.

It's not that San Diego properties can't have these issues but the harsher weather conditions in some of the cheaper markets can have a toll on your investments.
