I know for a fact that there are investors from California buying up apartments in my area... in fact a real estate research group called me last week trying to find out what market rents go for in my area.Long story short...

Southern California may see the market turn long before Central Florida or some parts of Arizona.I know that the central Florida region is booming with pre construction oppurtunities at the moment.

I am in the UK, but would ove to visit Vegas one day, maybe if all my hard work pays off in RE then I may just do it :D

As I understand it EE homes are much more popular in California, New Mexico and Nevada right now.There is a good bit of market interest in EE homes in Central Ohio, but as yet there are only a few examples in the area and the owners rehabed on principal, not for profit.The question is this:Are there any rehabbers out there who specialize in EE homes, and if so what has the market response been in your area.
